Partnering with Transitions

Partnerships with organizations that share the same vision of ending homelessness are essential to the success of Transitions.  These partnerships ensure the effectiveness of provided services as well as ensure that there are no overlaps or gaps in the process.

The Midlands Housing Alliance (MHA) currently has agreements with nine different organizations:

  • Alston Wilkes Society
  • Columbia Area Mental Health Center
  • Columbia Housing Authority
  • The Cooperative Ministry
  • LRADAC
  • Palmetto Health Richland Care
  • MIRCI
  • United Way of the Midlands
  • Veterans Administration
