Asking About a Bed
Transitions has 260 beds across emergency, program, and specialized housing. Many people connect first through the Day Center or through a referral from a hospital or partner agency, then work with a case manager to move into a bed as space allows.
To ask about a bed or if you have any other questions, come to the Day Center or call us at (803) 708-4861.
