GET INVOLVED

Become a Community Supporter

Whether you're a business looking to invest in your community or an organization with services to offer, there's a place for you here.
Transitions works because the Midlands shows up.

CORPORATE & BUSINESS PARTNERS

Do more than write a check.

Your company can invest in the Midlands in ways that go far beyond a donation. Some of our most meaningful partnerships start with a group of employees showing up to serve a meal — and grow into something much bigger.

Employee Volunteer Days

Bring your team for a group service day — serving meals, tackling a facilities project, or engaging with clients in the Day Center. Partners report stronger team cohesion, higher morale, and deeper purpose.

Corporate Giving & Sponsorships

Sponsorships support our programs and events while connecting your brand to some of the most impactful work happening in Columbia.

Matching Gifts

If your company matches employee charitable contributions, encourage your team to give — and double the impact at no extra cost.

COMMUNITY & NONPROFIT PARTNERS

We stay in our lane so the experts can do their work.

Transitions is more than a homeless shelter. We provide the space, the clients, and the infrastructure. You bring the expertise.

We currently partner with around 50 community organizations providing on-site services — healthcare, mental health support, legal aid, job training, addiction recovery, and more — at no cost to them or our clients.

If you're already doing great work in Columbia and want to bring it to the people who need it most, let's talk.

PARTNERS IN THE WORK

Doing what they do best — right where it's needed.

“Volunteering at Transitions has been such a meaningful experience for our community. For us, it’s about more than serving a meal or lending a hand, it's about recognizing the dignity, resilience, and potential in every person we meet.

That's why Transitions is an important partner in our 1000 Hours of Purpose program. By supporting individuals experiencing homelessness as they work toward stability and independence, our employees have the opportunity to make a meaningful, human connection and live out our commitment to working for the greater good.”

If you want to do good in the Midlands, there's a place for you here.
